Race Tested Billet Motorcycle Parts and CNC Machining
Psycleworkz designs and manufactures precision CNC billet motorcycle parts at our workshop in Yaxley, Peterborough. From billet clutch covers and ignition covers to oil filter covers and our aluminium race bike lift, every part is engineered to survive the environment that proved it: professional drag racing.
Our Pro Stock Suzuki team won the 2022 FIM European Championship and competes in the FIM E Drag Race Championship across the UK, Sweden and Germany. The parts we sell are the parts we race.
Our billet range covers Suzuki, Honda and Cagiva applications, including the TL1000 R/S billet clutch cover, the GSX1100 EF/EFE/ET oil filter and ignition covers, and the Honda Blackbird CBR1100XX quick-access clutch cover. Each part is CNC machined from solid 6082-T6 aluminium for strength, sealing and a finish the original casting can't match.
Alongside our own products we offer sub contract CNC machining, with CAD/CAM design and 4th-axis milling for one-offs and batch runs. Motorsport, automotive and industrial customers all use our precision machining services.
We also provide in-house motorcycle ECU remapping and custom dyno tuning on our rolling road, and supply the MAXX ECU range of standalone engine management systems for road, track and race builds.
